

AIM SWIM Workshop
Please mark your calendar and join us for the CP1 AIM SWIM Workshop for which we encourage you to join in person on 28 October at SESAR Deployment Manager in Brussels.
This workshop builds on the previous AIM SWIM workshop held in May 2025 and will now focus on the follow-up actions to develop a joint AIM SWIM Roadmap focused on CP1.
Agenda:
Welcome and introduction
Airport data provision to AISPs
Discussion on regulations, their short comings and recommendations based on successful implementations
Deployment issues
Airports (data originators) experiencing difficulties with the non-readiness of the AISP
AISPs experiencing issues getting the data from the airport, timely, quality, etc.
AISP data completeness
Lessons learned and recommended activities to be initiated to fulfil the data completeness target
Service Consumption
CP1 mandate
Discussion on consumption e.g. airports
Update from eEAD
Status and key developments
Future additional Local Service Implementation.
Reports indicate that many ANSPs are planning medium-term deployments of these services in their local AIS systems. It’s therefore be relevant to consider and discuss how this development will be incorporated into the roadmap

This Workshop will represent the first step towards a structured and realistic path for implementing CP1 AIM SWIM requirements, while also serving as a collaborative forum to address potential delays and to streamline all feedback, concerns, and issues related to both CP1 deployment and full AIM digitalization.
