ENAV completes SESAR deployment Implementation Project Aeronautical Data Quality system interface evolution
Congrats to ENAV for deploying and integrating a new AeroEAD interface component using AIXM5.1, in order to successfully exchange aeronautical data between ENAV and EUROCONTROL systems.
This implementation project is framed in the SESAR Deployment Programme Family 5.3.1 - Aeronautical Information Exchange.
The Project is contained in a thread, coordinated by the SESAR Deployment Manager. This IP will not generate operational savings, but is an important enabler and a basis for future projects and improvements.
The integrity of data is a fundamental cornerstone to establish the SWIM system. Beside this, it provides performance benefits in the Safety and Security areas, through common data set specification of aeronautical data for publication in AIP.
