ANS Czech completes SESAR deployment Implementation Project Free Route implementation
Congrats to ANS Czech for the upgrade of their ATM system with new functionalities and tools enabling efficient free route operations within the Czech Republic and cross-border operations, thanks to the completion of IP 2015_242_AF3 Free Route implementation into ATM system.
This implementation project is framed in the SESAR Deployment Programme Families 3.2.1. “Initial Free Route” and 3.2.2 “Enhanced Free Route Airspace Operations”
The Project is contained in a thread of 2 projects, coordinated by the SESAR Deployment Manager, which will provide benefits of 83 Million € until 2030, by saving 2 Million minutes of En Route delay, 7 thousand tons of fuel and 23 thousand tons of CO2.
