SESAR Deployment Manager visits Lufthansa Group
Today, Lufthansa Group Executive Board Member Dr. Detlef Kayser and his management team welcomed SESAR Deployment Manager Executive Director Mariagrazia La Piscopia and SESAR3JU Executive Director Andreas Boschen for an exchange on the current and future activities in Air Traffic Management research, innovation, and deployment.
The Lufthansa Group recognizes the relevance of a harmonized and digital European air traffic infrastructure as this enables airlines to operate more efficiently through shorter flight paths and stable schedules reducing flight time, fuel consumption and thus CO2 emissions.
