Showcase your SESAR deployment project at Airspace World 2026 - Submit your proposal before 30 January 2026

2026 will bring another edition of Airspace World (26 – 28 May in Lisbon, Portugal).

The SESAR Walking Tours are a highlight of each Airspace World, and we would be delighted - in case your organisation is participating to the event and Implementing Partner - if you would join SESAR Deployment Manager to present your SESAR deployment projects at one of the SESAR Walking Tours.

This is a great opportunity to give participants a first-hand glimpse into your deployment project, encouraging them to visit your stand later for a more in-depth discussion. Based on the contributions that we will receive, the tours will be organised by theme and will allow participants to visit the stands of SESAR members and Implementing Partners to see first-hand some of the success stories from both SESAR deployment and SESAR research and innovation.

As a novelty in 2026 and due to high demand, the total number of projects featured will be limited. Priority will be given to contributions with tangible assets like demonstrations, hardware, mock-ups or prototypes. This means that standard and only Powerpoint presentations may be harder to accommodate.
