As a wholly state-owned company under the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, Avinor is responsible for 44 airports and provides air navigation services across Norwegian airspace. Avinor plays a leading role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions from aviation by implementing technology and operational procedures that improve air navigation efficiency, as well as by supporting the development of electric aircraft and the supply of sustainable aviation fuel.
